Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be delivered?
For orders placed during our opening hours (10am to 6pm weekday, 9am to 7pm weekend), it will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible — approximately 15-30 minutes depending on order size and how busy we are. You may also specify a delivery time slot if you intend to pre-order for a later time, and we will dispatch at the desired time slot, best effort basis.

For orders placed when we are closed, please specify a desired delivery time slot during checkout in the “Special Request / Pre-order” section, and we will also try our best to dispatch at the specified time. If you’ve forgotten to specify the time slot, we will contact you on WhatsApp or SMS to enquire about it.

Can I track my order?
We will notify you on WhatsApp once we have received your order. We will notify you again when your order is out for delivery with a real time tracking link from the courier. With the link, you track the delivery progress live on Google Maps.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges start from RM5 for the first 5KM from our store, and subsequently RM1 per KM. To know the exact delivery charge to your address, proceed to checkout page once you are happy with your order, enter your delivery address, and the system will compute the distance and therefore delivery charges applicable.

We are offering a RM5 discount on delivery charges for orders with minimum spend of RM38 or above, and no delivery charges up to 30 KM for orders with minimum spend of RM100 or above. The discount will be automatically applied during checkout, no coupon code required.

What is the delivery service area?
We deliver up to 35 KM from our store, covering most of Klang Valley, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Cheras, Ampang, Bangsar, Kajang, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Mont Kiara, Damansara etc.

What service do you engage to deliver my order?
We use on-demand delivery services such as Lalamove and Grab Express to fulfil delivery orders.

I used DuitNow QR / Bank Transfer to pay for my order, but I am unable to upload the receipt. What can I do?
Fret not! Just contact us with your payment proof and we will process your order.

I prefer ordering through WhatsApp instead of using the website. Can I do that?
Yes, we can accept orders through WhatsApp as well.

I have a question that’s not answered here. What time can I WhatsApp you?
